Refund policy

Eligibility overview

Workerscopegrid wants learners in the right seat. Because live cohorts reserve facilitator time, refund rules depend on timing and product type. This site does not process payments; refunds apply to confirmed offline purchases only.

Timeframe for live cohorts (Cohort Pulse / Signal Studio)

• Full refund: written cancellation received 14 or more days before the published start date.
• Partial refund (50%): cancellation between 13 and 7 days before start.
• No refund: cancellation within 6 days of start, or after the cohort begins, except where required by law or where Workerscopegrid cancels the program.

Self-paced kits

Signal Map digital kits may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if downloadable materials have not been accessed. After access or download, kits are non-refundable.

Field Clinics and on-site days

Clinic dates held for a team can be rescheduled once without fee if notice arrives 10 or more days prior. Cancellations inside 10 days forfeit 40% of the clinic fee to cover preparation. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

• Completed live sessions already delivered
• Third-party venue costs prepaid at your request
• Custom research add-ons marked non-refundable on the quote

Refund process

Email contact@workerscopegrid.digital with your invoice number, enrolled program name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 15 business days after approval. Bank transfer timelines may vary by institution.

Cancellation by Workerscopegrid

If we cancel a cohort or clinic, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no additional seat fee.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandatory government travel restrictions may qualify for goodwill transfers or partial refunds outside the standard schedule at our discretion.
